· Using a small spoon, scoop the dough out by the tablespoon and place it onto a prepared baking sheet.
· Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes until cookies are lightly golden brown around edges but still look soft in the center – do not over-bake or they’ll end up being too crispy/dry).
